Our goal is to help you discover makeup and skin care tools that elevate your beauty routine – we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not 100% happy with your order, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of initial purchase. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition.
At this time, we do not accept returns for international orders.
To begin a return, simply follow the steps below:
- Email your return request to firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a complimentary return shipping label. Please include your order number in your email.
- After your return has been submitted, you will receive a complimentary return shipping label via email.
- Upon receiving the prepaid return label, you have 30 days to return the product.
- Print and attach the return shipping label to the outside of your box.
- Once a return label is sent, you have 30 days to return the product. Any returns received after 30 days are no longer eligible for a refund and will be returned to sender.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for your package to arrive back to our warehouse.
- All refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days of processing at our warehouse.
- Any orders shipped back to the warehouse without an authorized return label will be refused and returned to sender.
- Any items marked final sale are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit. No exceptions will be made. Final sale will be marked - FINAL SALE - in the product title.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- If original form of payment is unavailable, an ANISA store credit will be issued.
- A return will not be processed by our staff without proof of delivery. In case a package is lost by the mail carrier, we recommend asking your carrier for a tracking number to keep on file until your return has been processed.
ANISA must be notified of defective items prior to the return of such items and within 12 days of the mail delivery date. Notifications must be in the form of email to email@example.com, identifying the defect and the need of a return or exchange. You will be asked to provide a clear photo of the defect. If the item was damaged due to the mail carrier, please include a photo of the damaged package as well. All defective items must be unused. Any defective, worn or used items received by our Return Department without prior approval will not be processed. No exceptions will be made.
INCORRECTLY SHIPPED OR MISSING ITEMS
For incorrectly shipped items or missing items, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, identifying the incorrectly shipped or missing item and the item you did not receive.
The following pertains to all promotional codes and cards provided for ANISA’s website. This includes marketing emails, advertisements and social media outlets.
A sale may not be applied to an order made prior to the sales activation, nor will a sale be applied to an order made after the sale has ended.
Will not apply to items that state "Discounts do not apply".
Abandoned Cart Promotional Codes: Certain brands are excluded (see list below). Can't be applied to clearance items (items marked with Final Sale). Can't be combined with additional sales or promotions.
TERMS AND EXCLUSIONS
- Only one promotional code may be applied per order. This includes discount codes and promotional gift cards. However, a discount code may be combined with a store credit (received after returning a previous purchase) or with an E-Gift Card purchased off of the ANISA
- A discount code or promotional gift card provided in a promotional sale may not be applied to any past purchases made prior to the sale's activation.
- If a promotional discount code or promotional gift card has a price or quantity requirement and an eligible item is returned for a refund, thereby causing the remaining balance or required quantity to drop under the required price / quantity minimum, the promotional code will no longer apply to the remaining order.
- A promotional code will not be reactivated or applied to an order after it has expired.
- For specific expiration dates or price requirements, please see original marketing email or advertisement.
- Items marked FINAL SALE are not returnable or exchangeable.
